Previous Experience and Background in Real Estate Industry
Bob is a Broker with Royal LePage, and has been licensed to sell real estate since 1971. He is most familiar with all areas of the real estate industry having 39 years of experience in Timmins which including owning his own business for 21 of the 39 years. In August of 2000, Bob closed his real estate company, Stewart Realty (1995) in the Timmins Square, to join an independent brokerage for 9 years before joining Royal LePage Northern Realty Leaders, Brokerage in February 2010. The power of the Royal LePage brand was too good to pass up. Although Royal LePage is “national”, it is still neighbourly with a super strong network of offices across Ontario and Canada to refer and network with.
Bob is a candidate of the Canadian Commercial Investment and Management Society (C.C.I.M.), wherein only 6 percent of the estimate 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the C.C.I.M. designation, which reflects not only the calibre of the program, but also why is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. He has a very good handle on the pulse of Timmins and has handled assignments with most chartered banks on defaulted loans. He has completed several assignments for Canadian Mortgage and Housing on multi-family units, Gibraltar Mortgages, National Bank of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Royal Bank of Canada, HSBC Bank of Canada, TD Canada Trust and Northern Credit Union all located in Timmins.

Achievements
In 1996, Stewart Realty (1995) Inc. was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Timmins Chamber of Commerce for the store-front, retail office combination in the Timmins Square Regional Mall. It was the first office of this type that combined a full picture board on display in a regional mall that entertains 55,000 people per week. The open concept with a high-tech full electronically linked website and email was the original, creative idea of Mr. Stewart that won the award for his office.
Todd Stewart
In the month of February 2010, upon completing studies through the Ontario Real Estate Association College, Todd became registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario. Todd is a Sales Representative with Royal LePage Northern Realty Leaders, Brokerage.
Todd returned to Timmins in the month of December, 2009, to pursue his career in Real Estate. Working part-time as a Bartender at Casey’s Bar & Grill, re-introducing himself to the city working in the social environment of a restaurant.
Residing in the Kitchener-Waterloo regions for the better part of the past 7 years, he gained a wealth of knowledge, tools and life skills, needed to pursue his career as a REALTOR®. Working for Casey’s Gill & Bar, in Kitchener, Todd received certification as Bartender Trainer, as well as attending the Prime Restaurants Bar University. Working as a highly efficient bartender, while also fulfilling the position of Floor Supervisor, responsible for daily operations in a managerial capacity. Previously, working in the Fine Dining sector, at the Riverbank Mill Fine Dining Restaurant, Todd performed duties as a Front of House Manager and Banquet Manager. The Riverbank Mill hosted many different types of dinners, including Murder Mystery Dinner Theaters, Weddings, Martini Cocktail parties and various Corporate dinners. In 2003, Todd began his career in the restaurant industry at East Side Mario’s in the Cambridge Center Mall, when he moved to Kitchener.
Now, Todd has the unique opportunity by working with his father, Bob Stewart, who has been working as a Broker the Timmins & Area for 39 years. Working together, they offer a wide array of services, to provide the professional service required in the Real Estate industry.
